Hotărârea: 1. Se restabileşte în drepturi titularul şi se revalidează brevetul de invenţie de scurtă durată nr. 998 din 2015.06.10.
2. Se abrogă Hotărârea Direcţiei brevete nr. 13854 din 2020.12.24 privind decăderea titularului din drepturile ce decurg din brevetul de invenţie de scurtă durată nr. 998, din motivul neachitării taxei de menţinere în vigoare, în termenul stabilit.
3. Se transmite dosarul în Direcţia brevete pentru continuarea procedurilor.
